Tongue Scraper - How to use

Your tongue hygiene routine should take place before eating or drinking anything, and before brushing your teeth. Be thorough, gentle, and repeat until your tongue’s natural colour and vigour are restored. Brush your teeth with the same thoroughness, using an Opiat Dentaire with the flavour of your choice. If necessary, finish the ritual with a mouthwash, with Eau de la Belle Haleine for instance.

After use, wash the tongue scraper with soap, rinse it thoroughly, and dry it.

CARE INSTRUCTION
To keep it safe for longer, store it in a clean, dry area. Do not use it if it shows signs of oxidation or if your tongue suffers from temporary ulcers, cuts, or irritation.
