The expression “to have an apricot skin tone” makes sense when you compare the voluptuousness and colour of this fruit to its properties. It is an incomparable source of brightness and radiance for the skin. Its high concentration of vitamin A activates cell renewal, enhances the pink colour of the cheeks, and brings radiance and a healthy glow to the skin, similar to the one that is so much appreciated after summer holidays!

Bright and sunny, apricot kernel oil has a fine texture and a discreet scent, reminiscent of bitter almond. Its use is both pleasant and practical.

Besides its incredible illuminating action, its richness in oleic acid provides this oil with amazing anti-aging properties; it slows down skin aging while restoring tonicity and elasticity of skin tissues.

Skin types

It is suitable for all skin types but it is particularly recommended for skin lacking radiance, vitality and tonicity.

Also known as “fruits of luck”. Its very hard-shelled almonds hidden inside the tender flesh of the fruit were finely crushed in a mortar and mixed with other medicinal powders. The oil is obtained by directly pressing the almonds protected by this kernel. The most famous production is undoubtedly that of apricot trees grown in spectacular terraces in the Kashmir massif. The “Hunzas” are horticulturalists still famous for living a hundred years. Their vivacious longevity is attributed to their diet rich in fruits and vegetables, including a large part of apricots in all their forms.
