DIRECTIONS FOR USE

Brushing is an essential step in maintaining a dog’s coat, and strengthening the bond of love between the dog and his master.

Two steps are required to transform your dog into a canon of canine beauty! This brush is the perfect tool! Firstly, use the metal side to detangle and remove dust and other impurities from the coat. Secondly, vigorously brush the coat with the soft hair side to shine the coat and restore all its brilliance. Your dog is delighted to wear such a pretty dress!

The Officine Universelle Buly envisages in-store collection and delivery by courier for the city of Paris as well as delivery in France and internationally with the carrier DHL.

Shipping fees vary depending on the total amount of the order and the delivery destination. Preparation and packaging fees are free of charge. We recommend that you group all your items into a single order. We cannot group two orders placed separately, and shipping fees apply to each of them.
Our team will do its best to meet the delivery times indicated. However, Buly cannot be held responsible for delays due to service suspensions by our carriers or customs procedures for international shipments.

RETURNS
We offer exchanges or refunds for all products returned within 14 days of purchase, in their original, unopened condition.
