Often customizable, these beauty accessories become essential when it comes to brushing, scrubbing, shaving, detangling or even applying make-up with care. The Officine Universelle Buly has travelled across the world in search of these daintily crafted tools for body, face and hair care. These treasures are often handcrafted by talented artisans.

Regularly pass the bristle brush over the thighs or any other part of the body requiring your attention. Perform repeated vigorous and gentle circular movements.

CARE INSTRUCTIONS

After use, clean the brush with lukewarm water to remove all dust and other soap before letting it dry.

The total amount you pay includes all applicable customs duties & taxes. We guarantee no additional charges on delivery.

No matter how far your parcel travels, the items it contains are protected with great care. Our shipping officers ensure that flasks, tubes, porcelain and marble arrive in a faultless state, as polished and refined as when placed on the shelves of the Officine.

The Officine Universelle Buly envisages in-store collection and delivery by courier for the city of Paris as well as delivery in France and internationally with the carrier DHL.

• Local delivery - by courier in Paris: 2 working days
• Standard delivery in Europe (France excluded): 5 to 10 working days
• Express delivery in Europe: 3 to 6 working days
• Express delivery outside Europe: 4 to 10 working days

Our team will edeavour to meet and exceed expectations and deadlines. However, Buly can not be held responsible for delays incumbent on: suspension of service of our carriers as well as customs procedures for shipments abroad.

APPLICABLE FEES
Shipping fees vary depending on the total amount of the order and the delivery destination. Preparation and packaging fees are free of charge. We recommend that you group all your items into a single order. We cannot group two orders placed separately, and shipping fees apply to each of them.
Our team will do its best to meet the delivery times indicated. However, Buly cannot be held responsible for delays due to service suspensions by our carriers or customs procedures for international shipments.
Please note that our shipping costs do not include customs fees, which may be charged by certain countries and over which we unfortunately have no control.

POLICY RETURN

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return your products. Items must be returned unused and unopened, in their original packaging, along with any gifts or samples you may have received with your order.

CONDITIONS OF RETURN

Please note the following conditions apply to all returns:

• Customised or engraved products cannot be returned or exchanged.

• All items must be returned in their original, unopened packaging. Products that have been opened, used, or damaged will not be accepted.

• Any gifts or samples received at the time of purchase must be included in the return package.

• In the event of a partial return, only the price of the returned products will be refunded. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

• We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not comply with the above conditions.
