Hinoki wooden brushes, bristles and natural horsehair are the perfect allies for baths and showers. These beauty accessories are as pretty to the eye as they are practical to use. They are used daily in Japan to renew the skin, with vigour or softness depending on your mood.
Thanks to the combined action of water vapour that opens the pores and brushing, from the feet to the neck, passing through the back, the skin is deeply cleansed, softened and the body invigorated.

Hinoki wood is a sacred wood. The Japanese cypress is said to have spiritual virtues. The conifer is also appreciated for the elegance of its shades, its clear veins and its delicate resinous and lemony scent. Its lightness, softness, rot-proof and antibacterial properties make it an ideal material for body hygiene. In addition to our typical brush collection, Hinoki is also used to make “Furo” (bathtub), “isu” (stool) and “ok” (bucket): these traditional and harmonious elements and accessories of Japanese bathrooms.

The Officine Universelle Buly envisages in-store collection and delivery by courier for the city of Paris as well as delivery in France and internationally with the carrier DHL.

Shipping fees vary depending on the total amount of the order and the delivery destination. Preparation and packaging fees are free of charge. We recommend that you group all your items into a single order. We cannot group two orders placed separately, and shipping fees apply to each of them.
Our team will do its best to meet the delivery times indicated. However, Buly cannot be held responsible for delays due to service suspensions by our carriers or customs procedures for international shipments.
Please note that our shipping costs do not include customs fees, which may be charged by certain countries and over which we unfortunately have no control.

POLICY RETURN

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return your products. Items must be returned unused and unopened, in their original packaging, along with any gifts or samples you may have received with your order.

CONDITIONS OF RETURN

Please note the following conditions apply to all returns:

• Customised or engraved products cannot be returned or exchanged.

• All items must be returned in their original, unopened packaging. Products that have been opened, used, or damaged will not be accepted.

• Any gifts or samples received at the time of purchase must be included in the return package.

• In the event of a partial return, only the price of the returned products will be refunded. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

• We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not comply with the above conditions.
