Kiso Yuzu is a little miracle in itself. The purity and sweetness of this peculiar citrus is brought out by fruity notes of lemon, peppermint and Japanese laurel, warmed up by accords of sensual woody amber, Hô wood and its hints of clove, and white musk.

Eau Triple Kiso Yuzu is an olfactory journey back to the Edo period: more precisely in the Kiso Valley, a historical stage on the samurais’ journey between Tokyo and Kyoto, where ancient villages, sculpted in dark wood, perfectly embody this suspended moment in time, between snowy mountains, millennia-old forests and icy waterfalls.

For the past four centuries at least, yuzu, a hybrid between wild mandarin and Ichang lemon that looks like a puffy lemon, has played a prominent part in the Tōji, the winter solstice ceremony. During this special night, in the warm waters of large Japanese wooden bathtubs, yuzus float, releasing their fragrance for the elated pleasure of the bathers. With this tradition of the yuzuyû, the tiny suns brighten and soothe the spirits at a time of year where the night seems to never end.

Crafted in the Officine’s laboratory vials, this water-based perfume is both gentle for the skin and powerful enough that it leaves a nicely balanced sillage. A technical feat that took two years to design before it reached perfection.

Alcohol and ethanol-free, these fragrances instantly and powerfully incarnate the Officine’s mesmerizing scents.
The vaporiser was subjected to in-depth development work, so that each spray would create a cloud of intensely perfumed scent.

Gently shake the Eau Triple flacon before vaporizing. This revives the water emulsion. The alcohol-free formula permits you to apply liberally to bare skin.

Eau Triple is an alcohol-free perfume that does not dry the skin.
Its innovative formula includes only a very few carefully chosen ingredients, a mere dozen.
In order to create the texture, emulsifying agents are present (hydrogenated lecithin, polglyceryl-10 laurate), and to keep the mixture stable over time, preservatives have been added (sodium benzoate), as well as pH adjusters (citric acid).
