The Officine Universelle Buly envisages in-store collection and delivery by courier for the city of Paris as well as delivery in France and internationally with the carrier DHL.

Local delivery - by courier in Paris: 2 working days
Standard delivery in Europe: 5 to 10 working days
Express delivery in Europe: 3 to 6 working days
Express delivery outside Europe: 4 to 10 working days

Our team will edeavour to meet and exceed expectations and deadlines. However, Buly can not be held responsible for delays incumbent on: suspension of service of our carriers as well as customs procedures for shipments abroad.

APPLICABLE FEES
Shipping fees vary depending on the total amount of the order and the delivery destination. Preparation and packaging fees are free of charge. We recommend that you group all your items into a single order. We cannot group two orders placed separately, and shipping fees apply to each of them.
Our team will do its best to meet the delivery times indicated. However, Buly cannot be held responsible for delays due to service suspensions by our carriers or customs procedures for international shipments.
Please note that our shipping costs do not include customs fees, which may be charged by certain countries and over which we unfortunately have no control.

RETURNS
We offer exchanges or refunds for all products returned within 14 days of purchase, in their original, unopened condition.

Please note, however, that personalized products (engraved and embossed) cannot be exchanged or refunded.
