Mask " Sacred lotus illumination "

Mix one teaspoon of lotus powder with two teaspoons of white clay, three teaspoons of orange blossom hydrolate and three drops of lemon essential oil. Apply this mask to the face and neck. Sit in the lotus position, breathe deeply and reach a state of quiet for fifteen minutes. Rinse with warm water and pat dry with a clean cloth.
