Carrying grains of silica in its mist, the breeze from the hills reveals the buried giants, makes the fragrance of the orange trees dance with joy and flap the white sheets with their powerful trail of irises in the wind.

The Officine Universelle Buly, a master perfumer and accomplished inventor, enriches its collection with a new way to perfume the skin, combining the intensity of a scent, the comfort of a texture and ease of use. After much thought, deliberation and formulation, the Double-Concentrated Oil finds its way into our vials, promising long-lasting and intense fragrance for the skin, with the customary refinement characteristic of the Officine. Its high concentration of fragrance and the emollients it contains lend the Double Concentrated Oil a fluid texture that is a pleasure to apply, as well as a fragrance that lingers for eight hours. In an intimate gesture, bringing you closer to yourself, the skin is adorned with the botanical, whimsical and authentic scents of the Officine.

Apply as desired to your wrist, the nape of your neck or your neckline. 
If you’re in the mood for your wrist, you can then dab the scented one with the other, which is still unscented, and continue down to the hollow of your neck and behind your ears.
Please follow these recommendations:
-    Do not apply to the face
-    Do not apply whilst in direct sunlight
-    Do not use on children
-    Allow to dry for a few moments to avoid staining clothes
-    Do not rub your wrists if you wish to preserve a highly concentrated fragrance

INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS
1. Remove the cap from the Scented Pen with a firm pull to separate it from the barrel.
2. Unscrew the cap from the 10ml vial of Double-Concentrated Oil.
3. Screw the vial onto the cap of the Scented Pen until fully secured. Tighten firmly to ensure the product is perfectly sealed.
4. Close the Pen by firmly clicking the barrel back onto the cap.
5. Your Scented Pen is now ready for use. Unscrew the cap once again.
6. Apply to your skin just like a pen, on the wrists, the nape of your neck or your neckline, as you prefer.
7. Screw the cap back onto the barrel and ensure that the guilloche pattern is properly aligned.
8. Suitable for repeated use, as often as necessary.

CARE INSTRUCTIONS
After a few journeys and the inevitable accumulation of dust, make sure to restore your Scented Ballpoint Pen to its former beauty using a small, dry cloth.

The Officine Universelle Buly envisages in-store collection and delivery by courier for the city of Paris as well as delivery in France and internationally with the carrier DHL.

• Local delivery - by courier in Paris: 2 working days
• Standard delivery in Europe (France excluded): 5 to 10 working days
• Express delivery in Europe: 3 to 6 working days
• Express delivery outside Europe: 4 to 10 working days

Our team will edeavour to meet and exceed expectations and deadlines. However, Buly can not be held responsible for delays incumbent on: suspension of service of our carriers as well as customs procedures for shipments abroad.

APPLICABLE FEES
Shipping fees vary depending on the total amount of the order and the delivery destination. Preparation and packaging fees are free of charge. We recommend that you group all your items into a single order. We cannot group two orders placed separately, and shipping fees apply to each of them.
Our team will do its best to meet the delivery times indicated. However, Buly cannot be held responsible for delays due to service suspensions by our carriers or customs procedures for international shipments.
Please note that our shipping costs do not include customs fees, which may be charged by certain countries and over which we unfortunately have no control.

POLICY RETURN

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return your products. Items must be returned unused and unopened, in their original packaging, along with any gifts or samples you may have received with your order.

CONDITIONS OF RETURN

Please note the following conditions apply to all returns:

• Customised or engraved products cannot be returned or exchanged.

• All items must be returned in their original, unopened packaging. Products that have been opened, used, or damaged will not be accepted.

• Any gifts or samples received at the time of purchase must be included in the return package.

• In the event of a partial return, only the price of the returned products will be refunded. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

• We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not comply with the above conditions.
