Likewise, when it comes to perfuming your home, gesture is of utmost importance: the crackle of a flame, the opening of a porcelain container, the flick of a match, the click of a light switch, and lastly, the silence of a pencil... all so many gestures that perfume with precision and elegance.

The Officine Universelle Buly invites you to discover the vastness of its collection. 

Unscrew the cap of your metal vial; take the funnel and place it around the neck of the open vial. Open the bottle of perfumed beads with care and pour them delicately into the funnel to avoid clogging the neck of the bottle. Close the vial. In order to awaken the fragrance, invert the vial like an hourglass, repeat the process in the opposite direction and then repeat the gesture three more times.
And the scent will linger in the air...

CARE INSTRUCTIONS

In order to ensure the Metal Box - a delicate silver jewel – maintains its splendour and cleanliness, it is best to handle it with small gloves. That way, your fingerprints will not be imprinted and its beauty will be preserved. Clean the box with a dry cloth whenever necessary.

The Officine Universelle Buly envisages in-store collection and delivery by courier for the city of Paris as well as delivery in France and internationally with the carrier DHL.

• Standard delivery in Europe (France excluded): 5 to 10 working days
• Express delivery in Europe: 3 to 6 working days
• Express delivery outside Europe: 4 to 10 working days

APPLICABLE FEES
Shipping fees vary depending on the total amount of the order and the delivery destination. Preparation and packaging fees are free of charge. We recommend that you group all your items into a single order. We cannot group two orders placed separately, and shipping fees apply to each of them.
Our team will do its best to meet the delivery times indicated. However, Buly cannot be held responsible for delays due to service suspensions by our carriers or customs procedures for international shipments.
Please note that our shipping costs do not include customs fees, which may be charged by certain countries and over which we unfortunately have no control.

POLICY RETURN

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return your products. Items must be returned unused and unopened, in their original packaging, along with any gifts or samples you may have received with your order.

CONDITIONS OF RETURN

Please note the following conditions apply to all returns:

• Customised or engraved products cannot be returned or exchanged.

• All items must be returned in their original, unopened packaging. Products that have been opened, used, or damaged will not be accepted.

• Any gifts or samples received at the time of purchase must be included in the return package.

• In the event of a partial return, only the price of the returned products will be refunded. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

• We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not comply with the above conditions.
