The SHAQUDA epic is rooted in Japan, in Kumano, a small village nestled in the heart of the mountains east of Hiroshima. Since the end of the Edo period, it has been perpetuating the tradition of calligraphy and sincere writing, and has been manufacturing - generation after generation – hand-crafted brushes dedicated to this task. Objects used for everyday writing with an extraordinary design, whose sophistication and purity reflect the know-how and perfectionism of Japanese craftsmanship. As techniques and customs evolved, the practice of calligraphy began to somewhat disappear. Writing brushes thus become beauty tools, gently and precisely drawing the lines of a face. SHAQUDA perpetuates Japanese know-how and the incessant quest for beauty and delicacy, for the skin and the soul, through its eternally soft brushes. 

The SUVÉ brush is suitable for all skin types, even sensitive. Use a natural soap to avoid damaging the brush bristles.

Apply a small amount of soap (preferably natural) directly to the brush and gently lather with the palm of your hand under clear water. Wash the body, part by part, using circular movements from top to bottom. The light pressure of the brush is effective in removing dirt and other undesirables to make the silhouette, an island of cleanliness.

Care instructions:

SUVE brushes are made from natural materials (goat hair and maple wood) as well as synthetic bristles, which require the utmost care. Over time, the natural bristles may loosen, while the synthetic ones remain - which may result in a slight difference on contact with the skin.

To maintain the beauty and effectiveness of your brush, rinse it with clean water after each use and hang it in a dry, well-ventilated place.

No matter how far your parcel travels, the items it contains are protected with great care. Our shipping officers ensure that flasks, tubes, porcelain and marble arrive in a faultless state, as polished and refined as when placed on the shelves of the Officine.

The Officine Universelle Buly envisages in-store collection and delivery by courier for the city of Paris as well as delivery in France and internationally with the carrier DHL.

• Local delivery - by courier in Paris: 2 working days
• Standard delivery in Europe (France excluded): 5 to 10 working days
• Express delivery in Europe: 3 to 6 working days
• Express delivery outside Europe: 4 to 10 working days

Our team will edeavour to meet and exceed expectations and deadlines. However, Buly can not be held responsible for delays incumbent on: suspension of service of our carriers as well as customs procedures for shipments abroad.

APPLICABLE FEES
Shipping fees vary depending on the total amount of the order and the delivery destination. Preparation and packaging fees are free of charge. We recommend that you group all your items into a single order. We cannot group two orders placed separately, and shipping fees apply to each of them.
Our team will do its best to meet the delivery times indicated. However, Buly cannot be held responsible for delays due to service suspensions by our carriers or customs procedures for international shipments.
Please note that our shipping costs do not include customs fees, which may be charged by certain countries and over which we unfortunately have no control.

POLICY RETURN

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return your products. Items must be returned unused and unopened, in their original packaging, along with any gifts or samples you may have received with your order.

CONDITIONS OF RETURN

Please note the following conditions apply to all returns:

• Customised or engraved products cannot be returned or exchanged.

• All items must be returned in their original, unopened packaging. Products that have been opened, used, or damaged will not be accepted.

• Any gifts or samples received at the time of purchase must be included in the return package.

• In the event of a partial return, only the price of the returned products will be refunded. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

• We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not comply with the above conditions.
