This chocolate bar has a very special design: a few miniature sculptures bearing the image of the great Officine classics. A real gourmet showcase.

This chocolate jewel is the fruit of a passionate encounter between Maison Sève - an exceptional French chocolatier - and the Officine Universelle Buly. The art of beauty and goodness forms a balanced and perfect union. These two houses share a taste for curiosity, refinement, the exceptional, and an unconditional love for French know-how. In other words, they are both of great taste!  


The senses taste the excellence of a soft milk chocolate bar while the eye enjoys guessing the products of the Officine hidden on each cocoa square. Would you play the regressive guessing game, is it a perfume? Could it be a soap?

The Officine's prowess

Richard Sève, Master chocolatier of tradition  

Since 2003, Richard Sève has been recognised by the Club des Croqueurs de Chocolat as one of the 10 best chocolatiers in France. Gaëlle and Richard Sève are guided by authenticity, passion and concern for the environment. They have set up a network of farmers in cocoa-producing countries. Sharing the same convictions, they are concerned about the land and forests (of wild cocoa) on which they produce cocoa beans of excellence with a rich aromatic palette. In this way, they preserve an ecosystem that contributes to the global balance of fauna and flora that must be protected in a sustainable manner. 

Richard Sève sources and imports his cocoa and every day in Lyon, he roasts, crushes, stone grinds, refines and manufactures his own chocolate. Thus, each bar of Sève chocolate has a unique story. The bean-to-bar process thus guarantees an exclusive & home-made taste. The chocolates of this bean lover delight purists with the excellence of their roundness, length in the mouth, sensuality, aromaticity and persistence. 

Advice for Use & Care

Every indulgence has its own natural solution: after eating one, two or three pieces of chocolate, yarrow macerate will work wonders to regulate the skin. So, you can enjoy those little and big chocolate overindulgences with greater serenity.  

The Chocolate Bar of the Officine must be kept between 10 and 14 degrees in order to preserve all its flavours and its fondant.

No matter how far your parcel travels, the items it contains are protected with great care. Our shipping officers ensure that flasks, tubes, porcelain and marble arrive in a faultless state, as polished and refined as when placed on the shelves of the Officine.

The Officine Universelle Buly envisages in-store collection and delivery by courier for the city of Paris as well as delivery in France and internationally with the carrier DHL.


Delivery by courier in Paris: 1 working day
Delivery by DHL in France or Europe: 1 to 4 working days
Delivery by DHL Worldwide: 2 to 6 working days

Our team will edeavour to meet and exceed expectations and deadlines. However, Buly can not be held responsible for delays incumbent on: suspension of service of our carriers as well as customs procedures for shipments abroad.

Nota Bene: please note that our shipping costs do not include the customs fees sometimes required by some countries, which unfortunately we have no control over.

For health reasons, Officine Universelle Buly does not accept returns.
