When applied to damp skin and in a thick layer, the clay mask should be removed before it dries out entirely.In order to fully benefit from the properties of clay, add a few drops of oil to your mask preparations to avoid the “tight skin” effect and dryness of the epidermis.

Clay must always be thrown after use and cannot be reused.

To preserve its virtues and its precious ions, never handle clay with metal utensils. Metal spoons or bowls should therefore be avoided in the preparation of your masks.

CARE INSTRUCTIONS

Avoid contact with eyes. In case of accidental contact with eyes, rinse immediately with plenty of clean water.

Shipping fees vary depending on the total amount of the order and the delivery destination. Preparation and packaging fees are free of charge. We recommend that you group all your items into a single order. We cannot group two orders placed separately, and shipping fees apply to each of them.
Our team will do its best to meet the delivery times indicated. However, Buly cannot be held responsible for delays due to service suspensions by our carriers or customs procedures for international shipments.
Please note that our shipping costs do not include customs fees, which may be charged by certain countries and over which we unfortunately have no control.

POLICY RETURN

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return your products. Items must be returned unused and unopened, in their original packaging, along with any gifts or samples you may have received with your order.

CONDITIONS OF RETURN

Please note the following conditions apply to all returns:

• Customised or engraved products cannot be returned or exchanged.

• All items must be returned in their original, unopened packaging. Products that have been opened, used, or damaged will not be accepted.

• Any gifts or samples received at the time of purchase must be included in the return package.

• In the event of a partial return, only the price of the returned products will be refunded. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

• We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not comply with the above conditions.
