Start on the right side of your face by applying the flat face of the stone at the base of your eye. Then move it upwards above the eyebrow and stop at the right end of your eyebrow.

Pass the stone from the tip of the eye to the point under the temple at the beginning of the ear. Follow an imaginary line to the nose bridge. Place the stone above the lips under the nose and draw a line from the corner of the lips to the midpoint under the lower lip. At each point, you can pause a few seconds and take deep breaths.

Repeat the sequence on the left side following the same order.

The stones are cut and polished in free form in order to respect their original shape and energy. To preserve their properties, give your stones a regular bath in demineralised water for a few hours. Shipping fees vary depending on the total amount of the order and the delivery destination. Preparation and packaging fees are free of charge. We recommend that you group all your items into a single order. We cannot group two orders placed separately, and shipping fees apply to each of them.
Our team will do its best to meet the delivery times indicated. However, Buly cannot be held responsible for delays due to service suspensions by our carriers or customs procedures for international shipments.
Please note that our shipping costs do not include customs fees, which may be charged by certain countries and over which we unfortunately have no control.

POLICY RETURN

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return your products. Items must be returned unused and unopened, in their original packaging, along with any gifts or samples you may have received with your order.

CONDITIONS OF RETURN

Please note the following conditions apply to all returns:

• Customised or engraved products cannot be returned or exchanged.

• All items must be returned in their original, unopened packaging. Products that have been opened, used, or damaged will not be accepted.

• Any gifts or samples received at the time of purchase must be included in the return package.

• In the event of a partial return, only the price of the returned products will be refunded. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

• We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not comply with the above conditions.
