Description

Soft/Delicate is its name, great are its virtues. The Rose de Mai Macerate is the ultimate care for moisturising, regenerating and balancing sensitive skin on a daily basis. Obtained through the enfleurage process - one of the oldest in the world, which consists of spreading the flower petals on a frame before coating them with an oily substance (in this case, jojoba oil) - this macerate preserves all the virtues of the rose, as well as its delicate perfume.

Rich in gallic acid - a powerful antioxidant - Rose de Mai Macerate has powerful anti-ageing properties and therefore slows down skin ageing: the face regains its original hydration and all its tonicity while being durably moisturised.

This precious rose is grown in Provence and its petals are picked in early in the morning and left to macerate in balancing jojoba oil. The rose is the world’s oldest beauty secret, used in all cultures from East to West. Also known as the “Hundred Leaf Rose”/ (Rosa Centifolia), the delicate Rose de Mai is famous for its perfume. The fact that it only flowers once a year, in May, makes it unique.

Advice for Use & Care

Daily care
Apply 2 to 3 drops of Rose de Mai Macerate, after gently cleansing your face with the Eau Ionisée Hygiénique Rectifiée.

Treatment
For skin prone to redness and irritation, apply Rose de Mai Macerate in the morning and Blackcurrant oil in the evening.

Occasional care
Mix Rose de Mai Macerate with a few drops of Raspberry oil to provide the skin with elasticity and slow down skin ageing.

CARE INSTRUCTIONS
Rose of May Macerate must be kept away from all sources of heat and is best stored at room temperature.

POLICY RETURN

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return your products. Items must be returned unused and unopened, in their original packaging, along with any gifts or samples you may have received with your order.

• Customised or engraved products cannot be returned or exchanged.

• All items must be returned in their original, unopened packaging. Products that have been opened, used, or damaged will not be accepted.

• Any gifts or samples received at the time of purchase must be included in the return package.

• In the event of a partial return, only the price of the returned products will be refunded. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

MASK FOR SENSITIVE SKIN

Add a tablespoon of beige clay to a few drops of Eau Ionisée Hygiénique Rectifiée. Add a teaspoon of Rose de Mai Macerate and Blackcurrant oil. The resulting paste must neither be too thick nor too liquid to facilitate its application on the face. Apply gently and leave on for 15 minutes. Rinse with cool water, then apply Eau Ionisée Hygiénique Rectifiée with an organic cotton pad. Complete this natural beauty mask by applying a few drops of Rose de Mai Macerate and massaging in a few moments with a rose quartz stone.

CLEANSING CARE FOR MATURE SKIN

Mix one tablespoon of matcha rice bran powder, one tablespoon of Eau Ionisée Hygiénique Rectifiée and one teaspoon of Rose de Mai Macerate in a bowl. Apply this natural anti-ageing treatment to the face and leave on for 5 minutes.

Then exfoliate the skin using gentle, circular movements, focusing on problem areas known as the ‘T-zone’, such as the nose wings, forehead and chin. Rinse with clean water, then apply your Eau Ionisée Hygiénique Rectifiée.

Finish this cleansing treatment by applying a few drops of Rose de Mai Macerate while massaging the face with two white jade stones. This gesture effectively tones the skin and deploys anti-ageing properties.
