The Officine Universelle Buly knows their properties, selects these precious oils and recommends them for their undeniable cosmetic benefits.

The oils and macerates selected by the Officine are virgin oils, obtained through first cold pressing or gentle extraction and maceration methods. The seeds, fruits, flowers and stems from which they are extracted have been handled with care, just once, without the use of heat or chemical treatment. They can be used pure, applied lightly to the face, massaged into the body or anointed onto the hair. They are natural, simple to use and wonderfully effective.

The Carefree One Comb
Gentleness, precision and patience are the watchwords to successful detangling. There is no need to force your way through or handle the comb vigorously. Patience and gentleness are the keys to taming and caring for any hairstyle or beard.

Avocado Pulp Oil
To restore shine and suppleness to hair lacking vitality, apply a few drops of avocado pulp oil to the roots, massage in with your fingertips, then coat the rest of your hair. Leave on for 10 to 20 minutes, before washing as usual.

CARE INSTRUCTIONS
This comb should be cleaned using a soft cloth and a little water.
A little tip known to all opticians: as acetate is a natural fibre, it should be moisturised twice a year using a rich substance such as shea or coconut butter.
Do not expose the acetate of this comb to sudden changes in temperature or to high temperatures (direct sunlight, hot water, etc.).

Cellulose acetate, a luxurious material, was invented in 1865 by Paul Schützenberger and then perfected at the very beginning of the 20th century by two Swiss chemists Camille and Henri Dreyfus. This biopolymer, based on cotton, has several properties that make it the perfect component for Officine combs: It is hypoallergenic and highly resistant to mould. From an environmental perspective, acetate is biodegradable and can even be slowly composted.

The Avocado Pulp Oil of the Officine Universelle Buly is delighted to have been awarded the COSMOS Organic certification, issued by Cosmécert in accordance with the COSMOS standard. This standard has been established by the countries of the European Union and is recognised worldwide. It takes into account the origin of the ingredients as well as the manufacturing processes, ensuring the authenticity and transparency of the products.

Shipping fees vary depending on the total amount of the order and the delivery destination. Preparation and packaging fees are free of charge. We recommend that you group all your items into a single order. We cannot group two orders placed separately, and shipping fees apply to each of them.
Our team will do its best to meet the delivery times indicated. However, Buly cannot be held responsible for delays due to service suspensions by our carriers or customs procedures for international shipments.
Please note that our shipping costs do not include customs fees, which may be charged by certain countries and over which we unfortunately have no control.

POLICY RETURN

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return your products. Items must be returned unused and unopened, in their original packaging, along with any gifts or samples you may have received with your order.

CONDITIONS OF RETURN

Please note the following conditions apply to all returns:

• Customised or engraved products cannot be returned or exchanged.

• All items must be returned in their original, unopened packaging. Products that have been opened, used, or damaged will not be accepted.

• Any gifts or samples received at the time of purchase must be included in the return package.

• In the event of a partial return, only the price of the returned products will be refunded. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

• We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not comply with the above conditions.
