The Amla

The amla, nicknamed the "tree of long life", thrives in the rainforests of northern India, Nepal and Sri Lanka. It is carefully cultivated for its precious, gooseberry-like fruit. Legend has it that amla is to plants as gold is to rocks, illustrating its preciousness. The small berries are harvested in December and January before being dried and powdered. Amla is prized in cosmetics for its anti-aging properties.

Vitamin mask for tired faces

In a container, add a tablespoon of Amla powder, a teaspoon of Ionized Water 1 and a teaspoon of avocado oil. Mix. Apply to the entire face. Keep for 20 minutes. Rinse with clear water. Finish with a light gesture with IOnized water 1.
