RETURN INSTRUCTIONS

Our Customer Service team will get in touch with you to send you a return label. Once received, please affix the return label to your parcel and drop it off at your nearest drop-off point.

RETURN CONDITIONS

Personalized products cannot be returned: engraved products, embossed products.

All products and any gifts offered at the time of purchase must be returned unopened in their original packaging.

In the event of a partial return of products, only the price of the returned products will be refunded.

Shipping and return costs will not be refunded.

In accordance with the provisions of Article L.221-18 of the French Consumer Code and of European Directive No. 2011/83/EU of 25 October 2011 on consumer rights, the Customer has a period of fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of receipt of the Products ordered on the Website in which to notify the Officine Universelle Buly of their intention to exercise their right of withdrawal and to request a refund for the Product(s) ordered that do not meet their expectations, via the contact section.

The preparation and shipment of a confirmed order cannot be cancelled. You may still receive the parcel and can return it within the 14-day returns period, should you wish to exercise this privilege.

To initiate a cancellation and return request, kindly fill out the form below. Once your request has been reviewed and approved, our Customer Services Team will send you all information for processing your return by email. Kindly note that all shipping and return fees are at the expense of the client.
