Start on the right side of your face by applying the flat face of the stone at the base of your eye. Then move it upwards above the eyebrow and stop at the right end of your eyebrow.
Pass the stone from the tip of the eye to the point under the temple at the beginning of the ear. Follow an imaginary line to the nose bridge. Place the stone above the lips under the nose and draw a line from the corner of the lips to the midpoint under the lower lip. At each point, you can pause a few seconds and take deep breaths.
Repeat the sequence on the left side following the same order.
