To ensure that the candle is consumed in a regular way and does not burn its scent unnecessarily, it is wise to blow out the scented candle when the top layer of wax has become liquid after four hours: the fragrance is then at optimal diffusion. Before each use, carefully trim 2mm from the cotton wick to ensure a more refined fragrance.
