Ionic Body Brush - How to use

Dry brush your body every morning, or minimum twice a week.

The mouvement should be dynamic but pleasant: find the right intensity for you.Try to brush every inch of your skin carefully.

Brush from bottom to top, from the feet to the stomach, one leg after the other, and don’t forget the sole of the feet. Brush your stomach clockwise.Brush your back from the base of the spine to the neck, and your arms from the palm of your hands to the shoulder.To stimulate lymphatic drainage, brush more insistently behind the knees and on the upper part of the chest, from the centre to each side of the body.

CARE INSTRUCTIONS
The horsehair-copper brush should not be washed under water. Simply tap it after each use to remove dead skin particles.
