Avocado Pulp - How to use

Bi-weekly treatment
To restore shine and suppleness to hair lacking vitality, apply a few drops of avocado pulp oil to the roots, massage in with your fingertips, then coat the rest of the hair. Leave on for 10 to 20 minutes before washing as usual.

Monthly night-time routine
The night brings good counsel... especially when the moon is full. Once a month, an overnight oil mask using avocado pulp oil helps nourish, moisturise and strengthen the hair fibre thoroughly. Apply a small amount of this natural treatment throughout your hair – from roots to ends – then make a loose braid and leave it in until morning. If you want to be extra careful, wear a satin cap to avoid staining your bed linen. The following day, when washing your hair, apply a mild shampoo directly to the oiled hair, massage the scalp and entire head vigorously, then rinse thoroughly with clean water. Shampoo a second time, rinse again, and enjoy your silky, shiny hair.
